1991年—2015年沈阳音乐学院民乐系扬琴教师。2003年副教授(破格)、2009年教授 (破格)

2015年—至今浙江音乐学院国乐系工作

2016年—2017年浙江音乐学院国乐系党支部书记兼教学副主任

获奖经历:

本人获奖:先后荣获文化部“文华音乐创作奖”、“文华艺术院校奖”等二十余项专业奖项;

荣誉称号:“辽宁省优秀共产党员”、“辽宁省十大杰出青年”、“辽宁省优秀骨干教师”、“辽宁省三八红旗手”等荣誉称号。

学生获奖经历:学生多人次荣获文化部举办“全国文华艺术院校奖”、“文化部文华艺术展演”、“中国扬琴艺术节”金奖、银奖等奖项。

于海英近三十年来致力于中国扬琴四大流派的继承与发展、致力于扬琴乐器改革:

课题《东北扬琴流派的传承与发展》获得2013年辽宁省百千万人才资助项目;

课题《扬琴单音止音器的研究》获得2017年文化部文化创新项目;

首演新作品《山哈》获得国家艺术基金资助项目。

艺术实践:

于海英教授多次应邀到中国音乐学院、上海音乐学院、沈阳音乐学院、天津音乐学院、西安音乐学院、武汉音乐学院、台湾艺术大学、台南艺术大学、台湾文华大学等地及法国、卢森堡等国家著名音乐学院举办专题讲座、独奏音乐会及系列教学音乐会百余场,并代表国家参加法国、英国、日本、俄罗斯、卢森堡、爱尔兰等国家举办的各类国际音乐节数百场次演出。

社会活动:

自2015年入职浙江音乐学院以来,分别于2017年、2019年组织举办了浙江•中国扬琴艺术节暨“粤华杯”全国优秀扬琴选手展演;分别于2017年、2018年、2019年组织举办了浙江•中国扬琴教学研讨会等系列专业学术活动;

因专业成果丰硕,多次接受中央电视台、人民日报、人民网强国论坛等中央及地方媒体专访。

多次带领团队为中央电视台风华国乐栏目录制独奏与重奏等系列节目。

代表作品:

创作作品代表作——《尘世》《东北锣鼓》《故园抒怀》《情思》《闹花灯》《热土》《东北风情》等;

学术论文——《非传统民族器乐的节奏运用初探》《东北扬琴流派演奏特点与技法应用》《零落成泥碾作尘,只有香如故》等十余篇学术论文;

学术专著——《扬琴重奏曲集》《扬琴双音琴竹训练曲集》等专著。

Current position:

Professor and master tutor of Folk Music Department of Zhejiang Conservatory of Music; vice president of Nationalities Orchestra Society of Zhejiang Province; chairman of Professional Committee on Dulcimer of Zhejiang Province; deputy secretary-general of Professional Committee on Dulcimer of China Nationalities Orchestra Society.

Awards: Won more than 20 professional awards, such as “Splendor Music Creation Award” and “Splendor Art Academy Award” of Ministry of Culture;

“Outstanding CPC Member of Liaoning Province”, “Top Ten Outstanding Youth of Liaoning Province", "Excellent Backbone Teacher of Liaoning Province”, “March 8 Red Flag Bearer of Liaoning Province” and other honorary titles.
Students' awards: Many of my students have won the "National Splendor Art Academy Award", "Splendor Art exhibition of Ministry of Culture", Gold and silver awards of "China Dulcimer Art Festival" and so forth.

Judge experience:

Judge of “Splendor Award” of Ministry of Culture in 2008, 2012 and 2016, respectively;
Judge of “Galaxy Award” of Ministry of Culture in 2012;
Judge of “CCTV National Instrumental Music Competition” in 2012 and 2019, respectively;

Academic achievements:

In the past 30 years, devoted to the inheritance and development of the four major genres of Chinese dulcimer, as well as reform of the instrument;
Project "Inheritance and Development of the Northeast Dulcimer Genre" designated as Key Talent Project of Liaoning in 2013;
Project "Study on Monotone Damper of Dulcimer” designated as Cultural Innovation Project of Ministry of Culture in 2017;
Premiere of my new work ”Shan Ha” being supported by China National Arts Fund.

Art practice:

Invited to China Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Shenyang Conservatory of Music, Tianjin Conservatory of Music, Xi'an Conservatory of Music, Wuhan Conservatory of Music, Taiwan University of Arts, Tainan University of Arts, Taiwan Wenhua University and famous conservatories in France and Luxembourg and so on to give lectures and hold solo concerts as well as teaching concerts over 100 times.
Performed at various international music festivals held in France, Britain, Japan, Russia, Luxembourg, Ireland and other countries as a member of Chinese delegation for hundreds of times

Social activities:

Organized China Dulcimer Art Festival (Zhejiang) and “Yuehua Cup” National Excellent Dulcimer Players’ Performance in 2017 and 2019 respectively, after joining Zhejiang Conservatory of Music in 2015;
Organized China Dulcimer Teaching Seminar (Zhejiang) and other professional academic activities in 2017, 2018 and 2019, respectively;
Interviewed by CCTV, People’s Daily, “Forum on Making the Country Prosperous” of People’s Daily Online and other national and local media organizations for many times due to fruitful professional achievements.
My team invited by CCTV many times to perform for its serial programs such as Fenghua National Music Column.
